Booking & Cancellation Policy

A GBP 25 deposit is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit is credited toward your service total. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse service if hair condition or scalp health is not suitable for the booked treatment.
